As a Health and Nutrition Coach, I believe health is the foundation of a meaningful life. It’s not just about living longer but living better—free from illness, with the vitality to pursue your passions. To me, good health is 80% rooted in habits, nutrition, and lifestyle, and 20% in leveraging modern medical advancements with wisdom.

My Journey
My passion for health stems from caring for my late mother during her battle with lung cancer. Those four years taught me how small, consistent actions can transform health and inspired my mission to help others lead vibrant, sustainable lives.

As a Health Coach trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)—a globally recognized leader in health coach education—I am dedicated to providing guidance that is both credible and compassionate. My approachable style simplifies complex topics, empowering others to make impactful health choices. I focus on tailoring health strategies to each individual, ensuring they align with their unique needs and goals.

My Background

Before becoming a Health and Nutrition Coach, I led brand marketing for a Fortune 500 company in Greater China and worked with a top global strategy consulting firm. These roles refined my ability to solve complex challenges and deliver practical solutions—skills I now apply to helping others improve their health. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hong Kong, School of Business, and received my Health Coaching training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I am also a Co-creator of a Social Venture in Singapore - Food Citizen. When I have free time, I also love to garden and share my music on my Youtube channel.  

My Health Coaching Journey

During COVID, I started a YouTube channel (Lifehackermiri) while serving as a full-time caregiver for my late mother. This deeply personal experience inspired me to spread hope, guide others, and make a difference in their health and happiness. In 2022, I shifted my focus to evidence-based health strategies, grounded in science and made simple for everyone to follow.

 

Now, I collaborate with a diverse team of experts, including medical and functional doctors, longevity specialists, researchers, nutritionists, TCM practitioners, personal trainers, alternative treatment clinics, certified coaches, mindfulness leaders, and innovative supplement solution companies.
